Estimated Annual Usage (EAU)
Estimated Annual Usage (EAU), also called annual volume, is the expected quantity of a component or material an organization will use over a 12-month period. It helps procurement teams forecast demand, plan purchases, and negotiate pricing. Combined with unit prices, EAU also supports calculations of annual spend and potential savings.
