An Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) is a company that designs and manufactures products that another company sells under its own brand. Customers may adopt an existing design or request modifications to meet specific requirements. In electronics, ODMs often manage component selection, sourcing, assembly, and testing, helping brands bring products to market with less internal design and manufacturing effort.
