Supply Chain
A supply chain is the network of organizations, resources, and activities involved in producing and delivering a product, from raw materials to the end customer. In electronics, it includes component manufacturers, distributors, contract manufacturers, logistics providers, and equipment manufacturers. Managing the supply chain involves coordinating sourcing, production, inventory, and delivery to balance cost, quality, availability, and risk.
